Garam Masala starrer Neetu Chandra is all geared up for the release of her forthcoming film Oye Lucky Lucky Oye . The film stars Abhay Deol and Paresh Rawal in pivotal roles.
Speaking about the film Neetu said, " Oye Lucky Lucky Oye is being directed by Khosla Ka Ghosla director Dibakar Banerjee. Paresh Rawal will be seen in a triple role for the first time. The film is based on Punjabi culture. We have shot in Manali and Delhi."
So in what role will we see Neetu this time? "I am playing the lead role opposite Abhay Deol. I am playing a second year college girl. She falls in love with Abhay and changes him. It is a normal girl's role but it is not deglamorous. "
Neetu had a wonderful time shooting for the film. "We were shooting at a temperature of minus three degrees Celsius in Manali. Abhay, Paresh and I had a really tough time shooting in the cold. The whole crew was loaded with jackets and blankets. Everybody's size became thrice as much because they were covered with so many clothes and woollen wear. It was very funny as many times you ended up finding the wrong person because of the confusion over people's size. People in Manali used to call me Sweety from Garam Masala . That was very sweet."
The film is all set to hit the silver screen on 28th November.
